Hey everyone.
I've been diving into tirz since June and I moved up to 7.5mg weekly last week. My test subject is a 61 y.o. male, 6 foot, and doesn't have much sub-q fat, mainly VAT. Back on June 1, he was 232 lbs and as of yesterday, he's at 207 lbs. So, good progress.
He's also been taking Tesamorelin, 2mg, 5 days on/2 days off, for the last six weeks or so. Diet is dialed in. Daily gym with both weights and cardio. Waist-to-hip ratio has gone from 1.6 to 1.04 (huge win!).
Here's the thing: The 7.5mg tirz doesn't seem to be curbing appetite and food cravings as much as it did *before* the Tesa. When he started tirz at 2.5mg, he dropped ten pounds in a month and barely thought about food.
I know that Tesa can mess with insulin sensitivity, which might be affecting how the tirz works. Food noise seems to be creeping back, especially after about 5 days.
Has anyone else tried this combo and noticed something similar?
