Tirz and Tesa - anyone else?

Hey everyone.

I've been diving into tirz since June and I moved up to 7.5mg weekly last week. My test subject is a 61 y.o. male, 6 foot, and doesn't have much sub-q fat, mainly VAT. Back on June 1, he was 232 lbs and as of yesterday, he's at 207 lbs. So, good progress.

He's also been taking Tesamorelin, 2mg, 5 days on/2 days off, for the last six weeks or so. Diet is dialed in. Daily gym with both weights and cardio. Waist-to-hip ratio has gone from 1.6 to 1.04 (huge win!).

Here's the thing: The 7.5mg tirz doesn't seem to be curbing appetite and food cravings as much as it did *before* the Tesa. When he started tirz at 2.5mg, he dropped ten pounds in a month and barely thought about food.

I know that Tesa can mess with insulin sensitivity, which might be affecting how the tirz works. Food noise seems to be creeping back, especially after about 5 days.

Has anyone else tried this combo and noticed something similar?

That's what I'm thinking, A1C_Warrior. At 5mg, we bumped it up halfway through, adding an extra 2.5mg every four days. I was hoping that jumping to 7.5mg would eliminate the need for that. I'll wait another week and see if it's just in my head. 🙂

Funny you should mention that stack, level-up. I'm actually about to start BPC/TB for a bum shoulder tendon in the next week or so. Have you noticed it interfering with the tirz/tesa at all? I wouldn't *think* so, but I haven't observed it yet.

Thanks for the info, level-up. I have 5mg/5mg kits arriving today and plan on 500mcg/2x day for at least six weeks - and take it easy on the gym trap and lat exercises. At least that's my current plan unless someone steers me to something else.

Hey Nicky2008, there's a moderate interaction between hydrochlorothiazide and Rybelsus. It's recommended to monitor your glucose levels closely to ensure they remain stable without requiring adjustments to your hydrochlorothiazide dosage. You can find more info about the interaction on Drugs.com.

I've been on semorelin for about a year now, and it's been a game changer combined with my weight loss journey. I'm down about 170lbs over 3 years. I take sermorelin sublingually five nights a week to help build and keep my muscle mass. Even though I weigh around 290, I feel amazing. My goal is to shed another 50lbs of fat while getting even more muscular.

Tesa and GHK-Cu freeze fine at -20C - aliquot before freezing so you're not repeatedly thawing the same vial.
