Tirz, Cagri, Sema all at once?

Exactly!

I'm generally research-obsessed and and love data analysis (I swear I'm not as boring as that sounds lol). I'm always looking for answers. I like hearing other peoples' stories, arguments, and opinions. I might not agree at first, but I always think about it.

I sound a bit crazy, I know lol. But that's what I like about this group - everyone learning what works and sharing.

I said I didn't agree, personally. I'd rather be on 2.5mg of tirz and .25 of cagri than on 15mg of tirz, because the side effects of that much tirz would be completely unmanageable.

There are also plenty of opinions in the medical community that remaining at the lowest effective dose is ideal, and that the dosing of these compounds is way too high; high doses are where the worst negative sides and potential complications occur.

Stacking is controversial no matter what, be

I dont think you can compare Sermorelin to TRT. They just dont do the same thing. With the right peptides, you can make a peptide 'cocktail' of natural GH, but it wont replace Testosterone!

That's quite a combo to stack all three together. I've heard some people mention the 'big 3' helps them push past plateaus, even if it means spacing out doses more. Two months in myself and seeing decent results, so I'm curious how that progression played out for you.

So Cagri is once weekly? When you administer it, what changes do you feel? Does it suppress appetite the same way or hit different?

4mg to 8mg in one step is aggressive regardless of prior tirz tolerance. Most people go 2.5mg increments, sitting at each for 4 weeks minimum. The GI load scales with dose even when adaptation is partial. Going slower costs nothing.
