Tirz/Cagri success at 55!

I'm thinking of switching to Tirz from sema because sema isn't doing it for me anymore.

I read that Tirz stops working as well before 7 days have passed, so I wanted something to counteract that effect.

That's a good point. I wonder if that's why I stalled out?

Turns out, everyone saying to exercise and eat enough protein was right. Trying to fix it now, but it's not easy at my age.

I'm trying to focus on protein too, ugh. It's hard.
