Tirz/Cagri success at 55!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
I'm thinking of switching to Tirz from sema because sema isn't doing it for me anymore.

I read that Tirz stops working as well before 7 days have passed, so I wanted something to counteract that effect.
That's a good point. I wonder if that's why I stalled out?

Same-day stacking is one of the more aggressive approaches - results like that make a strong case for it.

Staying on Tirz as the base while adding Cagri as the complement rather than switching is exactly the approach the OP used to get from 215 to 144. A month and a half in with Cagri is still early but how is the appetite side comparing to before you added it?

11 months in with Tirz at 12.5mg split EOD and Cag on the way for future consideration is exactly the progression the OP's result makes tempting. 215 to 144 with the standard dose increases is a strong outcome to see before deciding on the stack. At 11 months and 12.5mg, what's the current appetite and weight picture?

Going off Tirz cold after exactly a year without washout and managing maintenance is worth the detailed note. The fact that you didn't regain immediately tells us something about what was sustainable in the behavioral changes alongside the medication. How's the year-plus maintenance picture looking now?
