Tirz/Cagri success at 55!

I'm thinking of switching to Tirz from sema because sema isn't doing it for me anymore.

I read that Tirz stops working as well before 7 days have passed, so I wanted something to counteract that effect.

Staying on Tirz as the base while adding Cagri as the complement rather than switching is exactly the approach the OP used to get from 215 to 144. A month and a half in with Cagri is still early but how is the appetite side comparing to before you added it?
