Tirz dose not working? Help!

I get it! The appetite control is great at first, but we get used to it. 3.25mg every other day is a big jump. Have you talked to your doctor? Gradual increases can help.
I noticed that too, it's like my body is getting used to it! I may also talk to my doc about it...

I've figured out that THC messes with my sema big-time. Food noise goes crazy, even when I'm full. Anyone else?

Yeah, I find that too. I try to use it later at night so I'm asleep before munchies hit lol. Or look for strains high in Humulene, that's supposed to help curb appetite.

It's amazing how much these meds can change your mental state. I used to constantly think about food, it was exhausting. Now, my brain is so much quieter. It's like a weight has been lifted.

I feel that a lot. I hope that Reta is the magical bullet that I'm hoping it is.

Don't bounce back and forth between them. Find what works best and stay with it. If its tirz, keep it at 2.5 to 5 or go lower and hold steady.

Thanks for posting your story! I just got my first shot at 2.5 after being on Ozempic for 9 months without seeing results, and it's really encouraging to read about success at lower doses. I'm rooting for you.

does anyone else feel kinda drawn to their next tirz dose? like the effect is something i actually look forward to and i have to stop myself from going early before day 4. could glp1s have mood effects? what about other peptides that might boost serotonin? asking cause i've messed with other stuff before but peptides seem promising without all the trial and error.

Sema really does nail the food noise stuff better, plus it makes fullness kick in faster and last longer when you combine it with tirz. They're pretty similar overall but tirz has extra going for it. Once tirz starts losing steam, a touch of sema on top can be a solid move.

Doc told me to bump to 15mg since it helps with testosterone levels - more weight loss means higher test. Read online someone was stuck at 8mg until jumping to 15 and suddenly it worked.

sw 207, cw 186, gw 145-150 (5'7", athletic build). tirz only, 10 weeks at 7.5 now. not much movement the last couple weeks though — gained 3 lbs after suddenly losing 4 last week. wondering if the new vial's weaker or if i need to split my dose.

that combo actually makes sense. contrave plus metformin with mounjaro 15 hits differently when you've got serious insulin resistance. empagliflozin works on a different angle too. get a full metabolic workup with an endocrinologist if you haven't. they're worth the visit.

first time on Mounjaro: 2.5 yrs, amazing results, maintenance. stopped for pregnancy, back 6 months postpartum. second month on 5mg, only 7 lbs in 12 weeks. first time around i was down 20 by now. what's different?

The fatigue stack makes sense - micronutrient depletion is real at significant calorie restriction. Semax at low dose has a stimulant effect for some. The dose plateau question and the fatigue piece are separate problems that can coexist.
