Tirz good enough, or switch?

I'm on Tirzepatide now, lost 20+, but wondering if I should try Retatrutide or another one. Got about 30 more to shed, so curious about your experiences.

Stick with the tirz. Reta spiked my heart rate way up to 130! Sema made me super sick to my stomach. And Cagri... forget about it, brain fog city.

Tirz worked well for me, but I moved to reta hoping it would help get rid of fat in my liver (my ALT levels are high) and keep me from losing muscle.

My resting heart rate went up like 12 bpm, which is kind of a lot. Tirz also bumped it up, but only by maybe 5.

If you don't have a good reason, don't change what's working.

Reta is kinda hyped up IMO. Saw someone claim it cured their ADHD which sounds sus. If you're trying to lose a lot with tirz, expect some slowdowns here and there. I'd try what Macro-Clean suggested before Reta.

Start with a tiny dose and be patient. Treat the initial side effects to make yourself more comfortable. Side effects do get easier over time. Get medical advice for serious side effects, obv.

How often are you taking your 15mg dose?

I'm doing 15mg every 6 days, close to 17.5mg per week. Trying to push the higher tirz doses before mixing or changing anything. Down 77lbs on tirz only, trying to see what it can do for these last 25ish pounds.

I wonder if they'll do the same thing with reta later? The max dose is 12mg/week now. Maybe they'll go up to 16mg? Reta is stronger than tirz, IMO. Sema is stronger than both. I couldn't handle 1.5mg of sema without bad side effects. 0.8-1mg is my max. I could do 5, 7.5, 10, even 12.5 of tirz with just some fatigue the next day. Reta gave me racing thoughts at 2, 4, 6, 8mgs. But nothing compares to Sema at 0.8-1mg, I'd be throwing up and have diarrhea. Sema is strong...

I've had great results with Reta. Sema and Tirz gave me stomach issues and low energy. And I got gout all the time, like every 2 weeks instead of 1-2 times a year.

I tried Reta after reading it helps with fatty liver, which I thought was causing some of my problems. 10 weeks in, down 27 lbs, no gout, no stomach problems, and good energy. My skin tags (fatty liver symptom) were gone in a month.

Now that you mention it, my skin tags are gone too.

Was that weight loss all on Reta, or did you lose some before with sema and tirz?

Congrats!
