Tirz... I think I goofed it up :(

For those trying to figure out dosages, there are some great peptide calculators out there. They can really help you figure out how much BAC water to use and how much to inject. I found this one helpful: another forum

Told my heart doctor I was taking tirzepatide and the weekly amount. Didn't seem to care, doubt he checked for prescription from my main doc even though I have one. Different health systems probably. Wouldn't even know if he could check. Wouldn't ever admit to non-approved drugs though.

Got pep kits delivered while traveling. Neighbor forgot to grab them - they sat outside for two weeks through 20 to 50 degree swings, rain, snow. No water damage visible. Are they toast?

got my kits a couple months back and reconstituted a few. starting kpv, epitalon and pinealon on monday. other than sending a vial out for a 1200 full spectrum test, how do people check for endotoxins, purity, heavy metals? I trust my gut that some sources are solid and some aren't but testing each one at 1200 is brutal.

I know three people who got kisspeptin from three different vendors with three different BAC waters and every single vial had problems. Won't buy it, won't buy it for anybody. Maybe that's not logical but that's just me. Don't need it anyway.

Insurance cut it all as of Jan 2026. Too pricey, they couldn't negotiate like Medicare did. I'm a retired insurance agent. Learn to make it. I pay under $200 for 50mg and 1ml bac water — that's 5 shots at 10mg or other combos. There's a Reddit forum for sources. Some places premix and deliver, usually $250 a month or less for starter doses. Good luck.

Whether the vial is salvageable depends on whether the needle was clean before it entered. If it slipped from a clean draw, fresh needle next dose and it's likely fine.
