Tirz or Reta First? Help a Bro Out

Tirz again. Is price an issue? How much weight do you want to lose? Everyone reacts differently. Don't get small vials. Get bigger ones. Get one kit and stretch it for 6-8 weeks per vial. You should be set for about a year. I never tried Sema. I'm 38 weeks on Tirz with 60# gone and no exercise. Stacking Cagri and Reta.

Reta was my first choice, and still would be, but things don't always go as planned. This Tirz/Survo stack is my workaround that gives me most of the Reta benefits. And for the bowels, drink those 8 glasses of water a day. It makes a huge difference.

Yeah, I feel lucky that I can use it. I'm sorry it affected you that way!

I initially chose Reta, but I got that dreaded Resting Heart Rate increase (went from 68 to 120!), so now I'm happy with Tirz.

Thankfully, most people won't see that big of a jump. But it *can* happen, so start low and slow, and increase gradually.

My RHR sits in the 90s with everything I'm taking...

I'm at 15mg of tirz and stalled. Stacking cagri .125 to get to my goal. I have reta in the freezer and have to figure out how I'll try reta in maintenance.

Lilly extended the Reta phase 3 trials past the original date--probably to get more data on weight loss--but they would have stopped if there were any big safety concerns, right? Like with azalaprag?

I'd go with reta first, then tirz for maintenance.

I'm 7 months into tirz at 7mg, and switching to reta soon. Losing 6-8lb a month. Switching to reta will probably be a pain though.

Just my two cents... Reta doesn't suppress my appetite as much at low doses. But, I love the fat burning effect. I have stacked Tirz and Reta. I've heard that appetite suppression kicks in at 6mg of Reta and above, then you can fully switch to Reta. I did something different. I went all the way up to 15mg on Tirz and slowly up to 5mg on Reta. The appetite suppression was so strong I could only handle it for 2 weeks. Then I titrated down on Tirz and up on Reta. I'm at 12mg Reta and 4mg Tirz. Honestly, I could stop the Tirz, but I have a lot left. I may drop the Tirz to 2mg soon if the Reta keeps suppressing my appetite. BTW, the only side effects were when I went from 5mg to 7.5mg Tirz (massive fatigue for 2 days) and when I jumped from 1mg to 3mg Reta (diarrhea for a week).

I'm only at 6 mg of Reta and don't have food noise. I stacked Tirz and Reta to start - 2 Reta with 4 Tirz - and switched to Reta 4, then 6 when I ran out of Tirz. But I'm just one data point.
