Tirzepatide + Anavar + TRT: worth it?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Switched in October after two years of sema on and off. Love it. Doing that compound with B6 additive which supposedly helps with side effects. Not sure if it's the B6 or the tirz, but zero bad side effects since starting. Sema felt like 'maybe this is working?' Tirz feels like 'I want to feel like this forever.'

used sema for a long time and it stopped working. switched to tirz and zero side effects now. way more expensive but worth it to not feel sick all the time. and faster weight loss too.

Total newbie here, sorry if this is dumb. Based on Tirz's half-life, do you pin every 5 or 7 days? Does it matter after it builds up? What's your experience with that?

Two years of GLP experience as a calibration point - the portion that looks normal pre-medication is a full day's intake in retrospect. The Anavar/TRT stack with tirzepatide addresses body composition; the caloric deficit still has to be real for the combination to produce the result.

Tirz hitting the subQ fat while leaving visceral fat relatively untouched is one of the mechanism distinctions that gets to the anavar plus TRT question. The visceral fat picture specifically is where adding androgens can shift the distribution - but the risk profile of the combination at higher doses warrants careful monitoring. How long have you been on Tirz and what dose before reaching this conclusion about visceral response?
