Tirzepatide + Anavar + TRT: worth it?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Switched in October after two years of sema on and off. Love it. Doing that compound with B6 additive which supposedly helps with side effects. Not sure if it's the B6 or the tirz, but zero bad side effects since starting. Sema felt like 'maybe this is working?' Tirz feels like 'I want to feel like this forever.'

used sema for a long time and it stopped working. switched to tirz and zero side effects now. way more expensive but worth it to not feel sick all the time. and faster weight loss too.

Total newbie here, sorry if this is dumb. Based on Tirz's half-life, do you pin every 5 or 7 days? Does it matter after it builds up? What's your experience with that?

Two years of GLP experience as a calibration point - the portion that looks normal pre-medication is a full day's intake in retrospect. The Anavar/TRT stack with tirzepatide addresses body composition; the caloric deficit still has to be real for the combination to produce the result.

Tirz hitting the subQ fat while leaving visceral fat relatively untouched is one of the mechanism distinctions that gets to the anavar plus TRT question. The visceral fat picture specifically is where adding androgens can shift the distribution - but the risk profile of the combination at higher doses warrants careful monitoring. How long have you been on Tirz and what dose before reaching this conclusion about visceral response?

Plenty of chatter out there about this medication chipping away at muscle, and yeah, that risk is legitimate, but my own scans point to something different, dropping fat while gaining lean tissue simultaneously seems entirely achievable on it. Figured this crowd would appreciate hearing that.

Looking forward to other replies, but on tirz plus TRT i wanted to eat more yet could stop easily should i overeat. Started TRT only after reaching goal, and gained a couple pounds once i hit 15mg Tirz. While actively losing, i aimed for a fairly big calorie deficit. It looks like youre on a conservative GLP1 dose and early in your TRT, so the two could be working against each other slightly. No baseline dexa scan on hand, but its plausible youre picking up recomp from lifting and walking.

I started TRT at about 255 pounds, 5'9", very overweight. I'd lifted for almost 2 years with hardly any progress. Testosterone changed everything, I got stronger immediately, and hungrier too. Fifteen to twenty unwelcome pounds appeared fast. Tirzepatide came next, and over 8 months a big chunk of weight melted off, so doing both at once worked well for me. I'm just under 200 in size 31 jeans now. A small tirzepatide dose stays in my routine to blunt food noise, plus the anti-inflammatory upside. My approach these days is gradual recomposition over the long haul.

Wondering what real added protection it offers. Cautious pace at first, about half a pound weekly, with strength going up. After raising my Tirz dose I'm nearer 2lbs weekly. Protein stays high too, never under .8g/lb, and TRT is 140mg weekly.
