Here's my experience. I've lost around 100 pounds twice without meds. But, unless I'm super dedicated and watching everything, I gain it back. I always think about food. I love food. I'm tired of working so hard, and I'm still considered overweight. I'm hoping this will give me a chance to lose the weight and keep it off for good instead of this up-and-down thing I've been doing for a decade.
For the first time ever, I wake up and I'm not immediately thinking about what I'm going to eat. I can eat until I'm full and save leftovers. I can go to a restaurant and not order a bunch of stuff. It's amazing.
