Yeah, you're welcome... with a little catch...
When I used tesa, I already knew it would affect my appetite suppression - and specifically, tirz's effect on insulin. I still used it, knowing I'd have to be extra careful, because a lot of my fat was visceral, and I have a family history of cardiac issues. I wanted to throw everything I could at that VAT, and it worked, but it took a lot of focus because the appetite suppression decreased a lot.
I know tirz helps with VAT, but I thought adding 2mg of tesa daily (after being on tirz for 3 months at 5mg/week) would really target the VAT, and it did. That said, I definitely noticed less appetite suppression while using tesa.
I've hit my goal weight, my VAT is down to 3% of total body fat, and I stopped tesa at the start of December. My waist/hip measurements are still good, so I'm assuming all the changes I've made, including tirz, are working as expected.
Basically: anything that boosts IGF-1 is probably going to mess with tirz's appetite suppression because of changes in insulin. GHRP-2 will definitely do that. So will HGH, Ipa, Serm, Hex, all of them.
