Two months down 💪

Today marks my 60-day milestone, and I'm super pleased with the progress. I've shed almost 15 pounds, been hitting the gym for strength training about three times weekly, and prioritizing protein, all while sticking to a 2.5mg dose.
 
Impressive! I'm five months in, with about 37 pounds gone. I used one 2.5mg pen, and 5mg the rest of the time. Only increase if truly needed. I'm a big fan of the gradual approach.

I agree! I'm trying to stay at the lowest effective dose for as long as I can. No need to rush!
 
It's so inspiring to see these success stories! I've been hovering around the same weight for a bit, but seeing your progress, TrimReady, is giving me a boost of motivation!

I did minimal weight training in the beginning, mainly focused on cardio. Now that I'm closer to my goal, I've upped the strength training to help with body composition and toning.
