Hi everyone! Just wanted to share - I've been taking Ozempic for two years, and I've been hitting the gym about six times a week for the past year. Feeling really good and I encourage anyone who's hesitant about trying it or thinks they can't make the required lifestyle changes—you absolutely can do it!
Pic on the left is from last weekend, a much healthier 200 lbs. I've gained some muscle and now I can jog for almost an hour without stopping!
Pic on the right? That's me at 340+ lbs, and I did not like moving around too much then.
Keep going strong and don't listen to the negativity.
