Two years... whoa

I've managed to shed 91 pounds over the past two years and I'm feeling amazing. I'm hoping to drop a few more pounds still. I actually started a weight-loss Instagram account. Any other users who'd like to follow each other's journeys? I'm posting recipes, progress updates and, if I ever get over my anxiety, I'm hoping to post workout videos too!

Thanks for posting! Just a reminder about the rules: No discussing unapproved formulations of semaglutide or offering meds for sale. If someone sends a private message offering to sell, please don't respond. And check out the FAQ if you are just starting out!

Okay, so many things to say!
1. You look fantastic
2. I love your style
3. Congratulations!
4. That dress in your 'now' picture is stunning!

Amazing progress! I started four months ago and I'm inspired by seeing everyone's success. I'd love to follow you on IG.

You're who I want to be when I grow up, haha! Just kidding, I'm 32. You look AMAZING! Are you petite? I love your style and the cut of your dress is perfect. I love those dresses but I never buy them because I'm not quite ready to wear them yet. I deleted my Meta apps last year and you're making me almost regret it!

I agree with Gym_Lady. You look incredible! I am curious, what's your diet like? I am trying to prioritize protein and fiber, but I'm finding it difficult to make it work with my schedule.

Thanks for asking The_IMO! I focus on making sure I get enough protein. Usually that is greek yogurt for breakfast with some fruit and nuts, a salad with chicken for lunch, and then fish or chicken with veggies for dinner. I also try to find healthy snacks like protein bars or fruit to keep from getting too hungry between meals.

It can be a long road. I've been on sema for almost a year now, and didn't really see consistent results until month 3 or 4. Now I'm losing about 6 pounds a month, which is still progress! So hang in there, everyone!

I can relate to Mel57... It definitely takes time! I've dropped around 35 pounds since last fall, but it's been a gradual process. Taking progress pictures really helps me see the changes, even when the scale isn't moving as fast as I'd like.
