Weight loss without exercise on GLP-1's?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
This medication is only one piece of the puzzle. My cousin takes it purely for diabetes, not weight, and somehow still managed to gain weight while on it. Eating properly and staying active still matter, and no medication handles that part for you.

Someone correct me if I'm off base, but isn't it really the reduced eating and activity driving the loss rather than the medication itself? Why would switching medications change how much weight comes off, unless you mean the hunger's still present on ozempic specifically?

Dropped 40 pounds over five months on ozempic, with plenty of exercise mixed in. It's never fully stopped those small binges for me, but staying active enough offsets it. If it actually killed the binges entirely, I'd probably be losing 12-15 pounds a month instead.
