Been on this two years. Only issue is intermittent bowel stuff. A1c went down from 6 to 4.5. Lost about 40, not huge for someone tiny like me. Food noise gone completely. Sometimes forgot meals. Two mg currently, food's just whatever.
When you've been off junk food for 6 months are those cravings actually gone? I know every sober person says even after 10 years it's still a daily thing. Or maybe that's just become their story.

The satiation response just doesn't hit sweets the same way it hits heavy food.
