Just saw somebody got their peps already mixed from a compounding pharmacy. Doesn't seem right... I thought they ship separately?
I got my BPC-157 from a clinic. They gave me the powder and BAC water, and I mixed it at home. Seemed right.

Which BAC did you use? Tesa pH sensitivity is finicky. One vial turned cloudy then gelled, others with Hospira stayed fine. Heated the bad one plus fresh Hospira, returned to normal.

I'm into my ninth week now with less suppression than most report. My thirst really tanked though and I didn't realize how under-hydrated I was at first. Now I track water carefully. No rough sides otherwise.

Undereating is sneaky easy on these meds. Headaches usually mean youve dropped carbs too low or youre in too steep a deficit. Force feeding matters even when appetite is gone.

My fiber source is PHGG. Glycinate can work as an osmotic sometimes but that's not its main function. Plenty of water and walking helps move things along. Sounding like you need the strong stuff at this point.

Hospira is still the gold standard for pharmaceutical BAC when you can find it. Brewing with Braun sterile water and benzyl alcohol works if you're precise about the 0.9% concentration - otherwise the bacteriostatic window narrows.

Amazon, Hospira-branded if available, or from the same peptide supplier is where most people land - the main thing is 0.9% benzyl alcohol concentration and pharmaceutical grade, whatever the source.
