Whoa, didn't see THAT coming!

I was getting ready this morning and caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. My stomach looked way flatter. Like, noticeably different. It was a total surprise.

I've dropped about 75 pounds since starting on my GLP-1, but I also revamped my eating habits, lift weights like a maniac, and do a ton of cardio. Plus, I'm walking everywhere now. Yesterday, I took a long walk just to hit up a coffee shop—city living, am I right?

It's strange how the changes kind of sneak up on you until you have one of these moments.

I had a similar experience! Was toweling off after a shower and noticed a hint of something...down there...that hasn't been visible in ages LOL. Still have a ways to go, but it's those little wins that keep you going.

That's awesome when you finally SEE the difference! You're killing it, clearly putting in the work on your fitness. The medication is just one tool, but you're using the others too. Be super proud!

Hey! Awesome progress! Because I am from Germany, I created a german group on reddit for Mounjaro the communitydeutschland

Fantastic work! I've lost about 90 pounds myself, but I'm still battling the dreaded stomach sag. I have to hike up my pants a bit to tuck it in.

I love these threads! It's so encouraging to see everyone's progress.

That's awesome! I'm about 25 pounds down since May and feeling great!

It is wonderful that you find these medications helpful. I am still 10 pounds away from my first goal. I started at 344 lbs. Now I'm 312 and my first goal is 299. I know 299 is still a lot but I figured my first goal should be to reach below 300.

Congrats on nearing your first goal Light_Life! Even small milestones are worth celebrating. Have you taken measurements? Sometimes even if the scale isn't moving as fast as you'd like, you're still losing inches, which is a huge win!

That's an awesome feeling right? Suddenly the old pictures hit different. Just the physical changes alone or more of a wow when you see yourself?

Amazing work! I've bounced on and off for 7 months with a 70 pound loss. Started at 311, now 240. Took breaks I regret but results are there anyway. Would love to hit 199 someday!
