Been quite a ride, folks. Whew!
Back in July (before starting), I was at 208lbs.
Now it's March and I'm floating around 181lbs. I even stopped taking my "Zempy" injections about four weeks ago (can definitely share more details about that if there's interest).
My original goal was 150 lbs, but honestly, 165 seems more realistic now, especially with my focus on building muscle. For reference, I'm about 5'7" tall.
I kinda stalled around the 10lb mark in December, which is when I got serious about exercising again. Plus, a breakup really kicked things into high gear (lol, thanks a lot, ex!). No crazy diet, just lifting weights a couple times a week at a bootcamp-style gym, throwing in some cardio here and there, and trying to get to hot yoga twice a week. Happy to answer any questions about my progress so far.
Just some minor edits to even out my skin tone in the photos, nothing major.
