The pinned overview and the wiki are the fastest way to get grounded - this thread covers the main questions that come up in the first month before the side effects settle.
Food aversions cycling on and off is common during active loss - chicken being the most reported trigger is so consistent it shows up in every side effect thread. The 10 lbs to goal is the stretch where pace slows and patience pays.
had meniscus and ligament surgery on both knees plus cartilage wear. got recommended a therapy where they draw blood and inject something like matrix cells. also heard about peptides like bpc and tb500. curious if anyone's tried this for cartilage damage.
trt dosages in the us range 70-250mg weekly depending on the person. i'm at 150mg test-c with 1100 total test and e2 of 50. friend takes 250mg and sits at 850 total with 35 e2. no one-size-fits-all - forcing a protocol like that is how problems start.

Been on GLP-1 eight months to drop blood glucose. Six months Trulicity (dulaglutide) then two months semaglutide — FBG from 180s down to 120s. Few days I hit fatigue when my glucose dipped to 102, 105. Still normal for most people but low for me. Might need a tweak based on what my body's used...
I add about 1ml of 2% lidocaine per 50mg of GHK-Cu. Red spot but no itch or pain. My dermatologist uses less than that for biopsies, so I figure I'm way under.
always did thighs because i thought stomach would hit worse with nausea. thighs were 6-8 out of 10 pain, super high tolerance and it still stung like crazy. switched to stomach a couple weeks ago, down to 1-3 pain. maybe the fat makes a difference. no nausea issues so far 🤞 if stomach's working...
I'm about a year and a half in, and down about 90 lbs! Feels great, but I still feel mentally like I'm a bigger person sometimes. Clothes are weird now. Anyone else?
