225 to 150 in a year at 5'2" is 75 lbs and well past the original goal, which is how goals shift - the body sets a new reference point as you approach the first target. The 5-to-6mg step is a small increment and reasonable if the current dose has stalled. One week at 5mg before stepping is long...
Canada customs on peptides is inconsistent by region - Ontario and BC report more holds than Alberta or the Maritimes, but the pattern shifts. Most successful deliveries come marked as research chemicals or supplements, and packages under 100g rarely get flagged regardless of province.
Same pattern here on Wegovy. I've started rationing — only chocolate after 7 PM, and only the dark stuff (75%+). Two squares is enough now where it used to take a whole bar to feel anything. I think the timing trick works better than trying to cut it out entirely.
WFI's probably fine but I'm adding some BA to mine for safety. Most of what we do—prepping, pinning—is risk management. Grey market, stuff we're not 100% sure about, so yeah, every precaution I can take.
For perimenopause-era weight training, the big three movements - squat, hinge, and press - give the most return on time without requiring gym knowledge. Starting with bodyweight or light resistance at 2x per week is enough to preserve muscle while GLP-1 handles the deficit. The protein range the...
Mounjaro has a savings card if you're in the US. If doc will do 15mg pens, they last two months. I was on Wegovy 2.4 for a year—nothing. Switched to three-hormone, lost 40lbs since November at 5mg.
probiotics saved me. nausea, indigestion, reflux, heartburn, all gone. started with yogurt daily but added more probiotics since. now i only get stomach issues if i overeat. diarrhea is rare and mild when it happens.
I've heard that unreconstituted peptides are okay outside of a cold environment for 60 days from when it was manufactured before there is degradation in potency.
Is there a definitive time that the mixed Reta with Bac water will stay good in the fridge for? I'm starting week 5 on Monday, did 4 weeks at 2mg and now titrating up to 3mg for another 4 weeks. Started with a 20mg vial.
I'm at my goal weight! Lost about 150 pounds since last year. I had T2D, now it's reversed. I used to wear 4XL shirts. Now I wear medium. It can be done. This med opened the door, but YOU have to walk through it. Protein is key!
didn't get the sterility thing either. i like that pens don't have all the extra air sitting in them like vials do. plus with vials you keep injecting air over and over. so actually pens seem more sterile to me. anyway i bought two v2s and two disposable pens to test before investing more...
On a totally different subject, has anyone found that what day you inject really matters? I saw someone mention they inject on the weekend because they feel fatigued after. I'm just starting and wondering if I should plan ahead for that.
I get them sometimes. Don't stress too much. Look up how much air it actually takes to cause a problem with an injection. It's a lot more than you think!
I can't take supplements, so be careful and talk to a doctor! Some things can mess you up. I can't take vitamin D, and I have to watch out for stuff WITH vit D 'cause it messes with my potassium. Be careful!
