    Ashwagandha with GLP-1 does seem to compound the apathy-for-stress effect - useful when you want it, less so when it extends to things that actually need attention. Worth knowing the interaction before stacking.

    Electrolytes usually do something for the fatigue - GLP-1 depletes sodium and potassium faster than calories alone would explain.

    Lost 40, felt amazing, doc pulled me off after some rough life stuff. Gained it right back. Now on 30mg and literally nothing. Still starving, still gaining. Has anyone hit a wall like this? Hashimoto's maybe? Something's just broken here.

    PBS maintains copper chelation better than BAC in theory, but most people using BAC at standard dilutions don't see a meaningful difference in effect. The concern is more relevant at very low reconstitution volumes.

    daxxify lasted way longer on me when my clinic trialed it, but they dropped it 'cause cost was too high. on dysport regularly and it's holding strong, no faster metabolism than before.

    Two Years on Mounjaro - Woah!

    Started wegovy 3/26, stayed on each dose 3–4 months, lost 30 lbs. Just switched to zepbound 2.5 three weeks ago and it doesn't feel like much yet but that's the lowest dose. Long way to go. F64, SW 260, CW 230.

    It’s not just an opinion, it’s true. My hip pain disappeared three months in and hasn’t come back. That was 9 months ago. And my bloodwork is also improving.

    I get blood tests every three months that include inflammation markers because of another medication I take. Before this med, my inflammation was high. Now it's in the normal range.

    I've found that if I don't get enough protein, I'm way more likely to get cravings for sweet stuff. It's like my body is searching for something it needs, and it mistakes it for sugar!
