Anyone else feel alone on their weight loss journey?

Same here. I teach in a school where the AC runs constantly and it never bothered me before. Now I'm layering up even in summer. Down only 40 lbs and already dealing with this, so I can't imagine what others with bigger losses are going through.

    Off the meds, still good!

Good point! I'll go with therapist-recommended meds since the process is simple.

    Tirzepatide + Ipamorelin/CJC Stack?

That dose seems way too high based on what I've read about saturation points.

JKL peps - anyone try them?

For low appetite days, a small protein shot like a 5-hour energy size could help. Pure Genius is solid. Also heard good things about a new brand Protein Inc., especially their strawberry flavor if you get a chance to try it.

Ozempic 1mg to 2mg: Jump or Split?

I hate coffee and hot drinks give me issues. Caffeine sensitivity too. But I want to lose weight, so everything's working against the coffee route.

Filter Loss - Am I Doing This Right?

Seen people jump back to their old dose after a break and end up in the ER. Your body's unpredictable - you never really know how it'll react.

GLP-1s: More than just weight loss?

Used to feel like I was quitting when I started in Jan 2013. Now I see it more as a support structure that lets you stabilize enough to learn better habits. Sometimes long-term is what happens, sometimes temporary - you don't know till you try. Chemistry just holds us together.
