I tried 0.18mg and slept until 11pm the next day. Tried again the next week and slept til 8pm. Zero change in appetite. Total bust for me.

When I first tried 0.25mg, I wasn't hungry for almost 48 hours. Some people need way more, like 1mg or even twice that, to feel anything. It's all individual, so you gotta experiment to see what works for you.
