    Tirz vial recon jitters!

I can relate! I'm about to hit my first nine pounds lost (out of forty-ish to go), and I'm ecstatic. I've lost weight before, but it required constant effort, and the second I let up, it all came back. For the last few years, I couldn't lose a single pound. It's not menopause-related, I don't...

    Tirz vial recon jitters!

I'm just thinking we need a separate thread category where newbies like us can freak out and be amazed at how we can potentially have *years* worth of a super expensive medication on hand for so much less, mitigating risks with research, discussion, and careful calculations. I'm feeling all the...

GLP-1s and Sleep: What to Expect

Excellent synthesis. I will reinforce one point: That level of somnolence warrants evaluation. In clinic, the most common contributors I see are unrecognized sleep apnea, iron deficiency (especially in menstruating women), and excessive caloric restriction. For men on concurrent testosterone...

    OMG! Clothes are actually fitting!

Great job, you look fantastic. I've only gone from a 3X to a 2X so far, but I'm getting there! Even that felt great when I tried on a new top.

    Hit my goal weight! Woot!

I'm so happy to see these positive outcomes. One thing to keep in mind is that you may want to check with your physician about gallstones, just as a precaution.

    Buying a mini-fridge for peps?

I would be concerned about heat degradation. I'd move it inside, if you can.

    T-30 Research Co. Experiences?

Telehealth options for peptides are increasingly common, but it's essential to verify the legitimacy of the provider and the sourcing of their products. Ensure the medical office employs licensed physicians or nurse practitioners who can provide appropriate oversight and monitoring. Also...

    Buying a mini-fridge for peps?

A question for the group -- Is it safe to store lyophilized peptides inside a hydroflask with desiccant packets inside the freezer, or would it need an ice pack inside the flask too?

    T-30 Research Co. Experiences?

It's crucial to remember that these products are not FDA-approved for human use. While I understand the desire to explore potential therapeutic benefits, I strongly advise consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before initiating any research protocols. Self-experimentation carries...

    Anyone had luck with Bremelanotide?

That company's wasn't freeze-dried. But when I checked another site, they don't even sell it anymore. One company does but they don't ship to California.

    Anyone had luck with Bremelanotide?

I was thinking about ordering some more PT-141 because one company is having a sale right now. But they don't refrigerate it when they ship it. All the other compounding pharmacies ship it with an ice pack. And going from Florida to California in the summer, that's not a good way to treat a peptide.

    Anyone had luck with Bremelanotide?

I have some real concerns regarding PT-141 and that company's stuff. I experimented with the pt141, melatonin and oxytocin. Ended up spending 5 months in the ICU with complete kidney failure, liver failure, heart attack and pancreas problems. Almost didn't make it. Recovering now, but I wouldn't...

    Sharing PCP Bloodwork Deets?

That's interesting! Weight loss and better blood sugar can both improve blood pressure. It's definitely something to monitor.

    Sharing PCP Bloodwork Deets?

I have a ton of health issues, so I told all my doctors about it. The looks on their faces were priceless, lol. They mostly just said to eat enough protein and exercise to keep my muscle mass, and then ordered some extra blood tests at my request. It's not like these are controlled meds. They...
