    Fibre is so important. Track your protein AND fibre intake. You can't just focus on protein and water. Track that fibre. Set a daily goal. Don't forget the fibre.

    I've also heard that some people are secretive about using weight loss meds because they don't want to deal with other people's judgments. I can see that, honestly. People can be real jerks about it, like it's not "real" weight loss or something.
