    GLP-1 vendor sketchiness?

Legitimate vendors don't cold-message on Discord. That's a red flag - ignore and block. Use vetted threads here to find alternatives.

Sema for more than just weight?

The sobriety connection is real and documented. GLP-1 reduces reward-seeking behavior beyond food. The thirst is common; electrolytes help more than plain water.

Can I mix my CJC and Ipa?

CJC and Ipa mix fine in the same vial - standard practice here. One poke instead of two.

Sema or Tirz: Which to try first?

Has anyone lost a significant amount of weight and also increased their muscle mass on either of these drugs? I'm trying to get an idea of what's possible.

Sema or Tirz: Which to try first?

Thanks for the advice everyone! Appreciate the insights. I think sema is the way to go to start, and then maybe tirz down the line if needed.

Ozempic kicking my butt - help!

If you're not already on .25, ask your doc to drop you down to that for a month. I had symptoms for the first week and a half at the .25 dose, but then one day I woke up feeling great. That first week is tough, but it's worth it once you adjust.

Sema or Tirz: Which to try first?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to decide which GLP-1 to jump on, and I'm stuck. Hearing about your experiences would really help me out. I'm not super overweight, but I've hit a wall and need a boost to lose some more. I'm dedicated to my workouts and want to keep my muscle. Getting enough protein...

Half a year, half a me!

Hey plot-twist, besides the meds, I really focused on portion control and trying to make healthier choices. I'm currently on the highest dose available. It's been a combo of everything, really.

Half a year, half a me!

Thanks! That's an amazing achievement. Sorry to hear about the negativity you experienced earlier, people shouldn't do that. Every pound lost is a victory!

Half a year, half a me!

Hit the 6 month mark, and I'm down 127 pounds! (About 58 kg). My doctor said I've got the health of someone decades younger. Huge change in clothing size too, went from a 5X to a 2X. I remember getting some negativity last time I posted about my process here, so I took a break from sharing. But...

    Sublingual Semaglutide, huh?

It really depends on your goals. My doctor told me sublingual administration isn't as effective for losing weight compared to subQ injections, and it won't help much with diabetes.
