Started sema 2 weeks ago through Freya, down 5 lbs already. Aiming for 10-15 total since I'm under 5 feet. Second weigh-in showed not just weight dropping but muscle up, body fat down, even my metabolic age came down to my actual age. Feels healthier and happier. Upping dose today per doc.

I disagree with that. I was on metformin for ages and the GI issues were unbearable. Getting off it improved my quality of life so much. If Just_Mom is having that problem too, switching might be the better option.

I agree, it may be a better option to naturally encourage hormone production. I've read that Sermorelin is considered a milder option compared to others out there, but some people have good results with it.

Have you considered a topical cream? Something like 'Scream Cream'? It's a prescription cream that's custom-made by a compounding pharmacy. My wife tried some from her sister, and it did seem to work.

I'm down about 55 pounds since January 2024 and my knees feel so much better! I also do strength training a few times a week. Still got some fat to lose, though.
