    Guilt-free sweet treat?

I did Trulicity first—lost 29lb in 16 weeks, then another 84 on my own for 113 total. Secret for me was tracking in MyFitnessPal, 100g protein minimum, carbs under 120g, lifting several times a week. Never went above the starter dose. Constipation was the main issue but hunger didn't bounce back...

Can't do protein or fats on this stuff!

That happened to me for a few weeks early on. I basically lived on simple carbs and yogurt. My healthcare provider suggested introducing protein back in slowly once the nausea calmed down.

9 Months, 2 Stones Down - Slow & Steady Wins?

Supply chains in China basically shut down during the holidays. Everyone takes time off and nothing ships for months. Plan around it next year and you won't run short.

Tirzepatide + Anavar + TRT: worth it?

dropped weight quicker on one brand, like 1kg/month. the other took 3 months to kick in, but after 6 months i looked way thinner. stuck with it bc it's cheaper for me, and the results keep coming.

    Protein shakes: flavor burnout?

I have that issue with almost any food if I eat it too often. I found this brand of protein noodles called Kyunu, and it's been great for adding protein to my diet. I've tried other brands, but they were awful. I use these noodles in stir-fries and ramen. They are done super fast. It's...

    Doc wants me on Ozempic?!

If your A1C is at least 6.5, Indiana Medicaid will cover Ozempic. Look at your lab results. You don’t have to be on insulin to be considered diabetic.

    Doc wants me on Ozempic?!

I didn't expect Medicaid to cover it, but my doctor sent in the script anyway and said to see what happens. Next time I went to pick up a different script, they had Ozempic ready for me. I was shocked. Tell your doctor to go ahead and send it in and see if it gets approved. I'm in Iowa btw

    AHK-Cu injectible, anyone tried?

Just throwing this out there, I've been checking into Thymosin Beta 4, TB500. People say it's supposed to be good for inflammation and injuries. I don't know if it has anything to do with hair though.

    AHK-Cu injectible, anyone tried?

From what I gathered, AHK-cu is supposedly better for hair and scalp rejuvenation. GHK is allegedly more effective for face and skin improvements.

    One Year of Mounjaro!

That's smart on your doc's part not rushing to bump the dose up. Sounds like 12.5 is doing its job and keeping you steady rather than chasing bigger numbers. Different meds do hit different ways even for the same person - some you can restart after a break, others not so much.

Legs then vs now - see a diff?

I am glad someone else feels the same way. I think about it all the time, and wonder if others who used to be bigger still see their former selves.

Legs then vs now - see a diff?

I went from 295 to 160 over the past year and a bit, but honestly when I look in the mirror I still see the same heavy dude.

Coming off GLP-1s... anyone done it?

Do it. I'm 52, five-eight, started around 215, menopause hitting hard, now at 175 ten months later. My arm skin is way tighter than expected. Nails are strong again too. Arm skin might be luck but getting strong nails back post-menopause? That's something I did by losing weight.
