    Down 95 pounds – It's a me!

That is an incredible weight loss! Amazing work. I'm working on getting there myself. I'm curious, what did a typical day of food look like for you? Did you incorporate any strength training, or mostly cardio?

Fitting into my old clothes again! 🎉

Graveyard shift boredom led me down a rabbit hole of old forum drama instead of scrolling social media. Way more entertaining honestly.

Big Food Strikes Back at GLP-1s?

OCD is brutal. At least when something like that is the root, you can work with it instead of fighting yourself. The direct communication style makes sense then.

    GHK-Cu: PBS vs. BAC water?

I've read that when GHK-Cu is mixed with BAC water, it might not work as well because it loses its copper. Does anyone know if this is true? Should I get PBS instead of BAC?

    Brewing my own BAC water?

It's generally recommended to reconstitute 2mg of peptide with 1ml of Bac water. So, for a 5mg vial, you'd add 2.5ml of Bac water. A pin, every 5 units is equal of 100 mcg. If you're taking a dose of 500mcg, that's 25 units. There are some calculators online that can help with the math if you...
