    One year on GLP-1s!

Gonna test my stash vials next October to figure out whether to scrap what I've got or stretch it another year or two. Hoping maybe one or two mg drops in weight.

Oral tirzepatide: Real deal or not?

I saw a recent post on a semaglutide subreddit from someone who switched from injectable Wegovy to the pill form. They said they were really worried about losing their progress, but their doctor explained the oral absorption process. They've been logging their meals and haven't noticed a huge...

Oral tirzepatide: Real deal or not?

I'm with almost-there, it's most likely a scam. I used Rybelsus, and it worked, but you had to take it very specifically - empty stomach, tiny bit of water, same time every day. I doubt these telehealth companies have copied that delivery system. Some claim sublingual absorption, but I don't...

Ozempic Experience: Victories, Big & Small

I'm only on a small dose, but my PMS cravings are still stronger. Eating healthier snacks with small portions of what I crave seems to help me. My doctor says the hormones will always win.

The part that amazes me is that you enjoy eating the fries the next day [emoji laughing face]

Ozempic Experience: Victories, Big & Small

Exactly! For those wondering about the food choices, remember we're aiming for sustainable lifestyle tweaks. Cutting out ALL unhealthy stuff isn't realistic. Portion control, like Dosexo is doing, is key.

    Down a hundo! Woot!

Impressive progress! Have you noticed any loose skin? And what about side effects? I'm barely managing the nausea and upset stomach even at the lowest dose; I'm curious how everyone else copes!

Sema Side Effects - Any Way to Dodge Them?

Some people lose fat in their face, and it makes them look older. Just something to keep in mind. I think diet and exercise are safer.

Stacking sema/tirz - anyone tried it?

I'm curious, TrimSis and others, what’s the advantage of stacking Sema and Tirz? Sema is just GLP-1. Tirz is GLP-1 and GIP. Then there’s Reta which is GLP-1, GIP, and Glucagon Receptor. “Triple G”

Sema Side Effects - Any Way to Dodge Them?

I tried Semaglutide a while back and hated it. I'm not overweight, but thought it might help with some stubborn belly fat and blood sugar. My stomach's always been fine, zero issues. But within a couple days of starting Semaglutide, even at a low dose, my whole digestive system slowed way down...

    Compounded Tirz...safe?

Heard that some spas and wellness clinics are pushing compounded stuff without really understanding all the regulations. Scary!

    Pep blend newbie Qs

I also used around 200-250mcg of each compound. My main goals are healing injuries, increasing resilience, reducing visceral fat, and just general fat loss. Skin appearance is a bonus for me too. It might have contributed to some muscle growth, but I can't say for sure. I've found that looking...

    Pep blend newbie Qs

I've been using a similar Ipamorelin/CJC combo recently, and it's helped clear up some nagging injuries. I found injecting only 3-4 times a week (due to meal timing) still gave benefits for injuries and some fat reduction. Don't stress if you can't do it daily. It seems better than other options...
