    Sema not working? Help!

It's important to have patience. It took me a little bit to see results I was happy with. I weigh myself daily and keep that in one app. I keep my measurements and weekly weight in another. That way I can see how food affects me, but that I can also look at the overall picture by the weekly weight.

Feeling sick all the time on sema?

I know how you feel DosePal. It can be a real struggle. For me, it's manageable with medication, but it's still always there in the background. Remember that everyone reacts differently, and it might take some time to find what works best for you.

Feeling sick all the time on sema?

It took me a long time to get to the highest dose 'cause it was making me so sick. I'm not as sick as I was when I first started, but I'm pretty much always nauseous. Zofran helps a lot - ask your doctor for a prescription.

    7.5mg Tirz is a BEAST!

Took daily melatonin before starting tirz due to suspected delayed sleep phase with ADHD, just kept it up. Still on 2.5mg though so maybe it'll stop working eventually.

Reta fatigue: Does it ever lift?

I saw something about GLP-1 meds affecting sex drive... anyone else notice that? [URL='https://www.another forum to article[/URL] It could be the drugs, or maybe from not eating enough. It'd be good to know if libido comes back when people stop the meds and are stable.

Reta fatigue: Does it ever lift?

I was on trt beforehand. I felt awesome the first couple weeks, then the fatigue smacked me. The next month was rough. Around the 60 day point, it faded. I also started using HGH, so maybe that helped? I feel fantastic now! My doses: * 250mcg twice a week for 7 days * 600 mcg twice a week for...
