On the same tirzepatide path - been at 5mg over a year and hit my goal. Started adding semaglutide up to 0.4 but not getting that appetite suppression kick. Trying a midweek sema jab tomorrow to bump it. Have a couple backup kits of 5mg sema in the freezer just in case, plus cagri and cagrisema...
