    Can't 💩 on Sema? SOS!

These meds really slow down your digestive system, and your colon pulls out more water. Perhaps a lower dose could help? I take psyllium, magnesium, triphala, and drink a ton of water. My first drink has electrolytes because I get dehydrated easily. I don't always go every day, but usually first...

    Can't 💩 on Sema? SOS!

I take a gentle stool softener every single day. I also had the constipation thing happen after a lifetime of the opposite problem. I've only been impacted twice (knock on wood). The first time was early on, and it was a VERY painful reminder to stay hydrated!

Tirz supplies - Am I forgetting anything?

Oh man, KetoToNovo, I feel you! I was so backed up last week. Magnesium glycinate finally did the trick. Dropped about 6 pounds in a day! LOL

    Lost weight + got pregnant?!

I saw a nurse saying it's becoming more common for women on GLP-1 meds to get pregnant, but it's just something they noticed, no studies yet. So interesting!

    Face gains! Down 75lbs

I'm curious about skincare, strength training, and weight loss. You've lost a LOT! Beautiful both before AND after! How is the extra skin firming up? It seems like you lost weight at a rate that might have helped.

    Face gains! Down 75lbs

I didn't expect such a change in my face shape, but now you can really see my eyes! I have PCOS, and this is the only method that has given me consistent and lasting weight reduction. I still have 35lbs to reach my goal, but I'm encouraged by these results!

    Slow Progress? You're not alone!

That is a really good point! I never thought about it that way. I'll try to keep that in mind.

    One Year on GLP-1s: Whoa!

You both look amazing. Besides the medication, did you change your eating habits? What kind of diet are you following? I'm on the lookout for any tips. You've both clearly figured out how to make this work.

    Slow Progress? You're not alone!

Thanks for this post. I'm a super slow responder – only 26 lbs down after almost a year. I'm thinking of quitting. I'll try to hang in there a bit longer! You look incredible, by the way! Great job!

    Almost there! GLP-1s are fire

Totally agree. These things work. I've shed about 110 pounds, which is 45% of my starting weight, in about a year and am maintaining now. Let's remember the history for most of us – decades of roller coaster diets that failed. Finally, something that actually does the job.

    Reta stopped working?!

I hear you, Sarah30, it can be frustrating when things stall! I started my shots in June. Food noise stopped and the weight came off fast. But since December, the scale has barely moved. I'm at 1mg now. I'm grateful, but it's not as strong as it was before.

    Reta stopped working?!

I'm having the same thing happen at 5mg. It's been a few weeks since I upped the dose, and I still get appetite suppression and I'm still losing weight, but I notice I’m experiencing more food noise; it’s not as good as at the beginning. Should I increase my dose?
