Reta and Insomnia - Anyone Else?

Insomnia on Reta week one is a real pattern - autonomic activation from the GLP-1 effect can raise cortisol and disrupt sleep onset, usually settles in weeks 3-4 once the body adapts. Mounjaro and Booze - Tell me your stories!

Thanks for sharing. The welts on my outer thighs are rough cosmetically, even if they itch okay. Wondering if just one poke (GHK without the KPV) would cut down the swelling.

    KLO-W and Lipoc : experiences?

I've been on 0.25mg for weeks and the total numbness is crushing. No joy in anything. Like a switch flipped. All I want is to lay down and check out. Forcing work and parenting but nothing else. I was upbeat before and I can't do this anymore. Planning to stop. Sucks because the weight loss...

    GLP-1s: real talk, real life

The stigma part is real. I can confirm you can absolutely out-eat these meds if you try. They are a tool, not magic. I still track protein and lift 3x a week. The difference is I am not white-knuckling hunger all day anymore.
