    Eloralintide... anyone else impatient?

Eloralintide sounds like it is hard to make. It needs specific equipment and has lower yields. Maybe the Chinese companies will think it is too expensive. I still want to try it. But not if the prices are too high.

    Eloralintide... anyone else impatient?

If they're posting studies about whether attitude matters more than experience, then maybe the people doing the posting aren't as dumb as I thought.

    Eloralintide... anyone else impatient?

I know this isn't exactly what we're talking about but, a good attitude beats experience any day. If tons of experience only results in a friendly call rarely, then the attitude is what will make a difference.

    Eloralintide... anyone else impatient?

OK, I asked Chatgpt about the sequence. Basically, it said the only hard part about making it is the thioether bridge. Other that that, it should be easy for any tirz vendor to make.

I think I saw the details of the sequence had been published. I heard that it isn't that complicated, but I am no expert.

Actually, the Phase II trial results came out during Obesity Week. That's why there is so much buzz. Phase III is planned to kick off before 2026. Since reta has been available in the grey market after its Phase II data release, I imagine we'll see eloralintide soon, too, given the encouraging data.

Hit my target! Down 140, 46 weeks in...

Hey Just_Quest, that's a great point about the gym! I've been recommending resistance training more and more. I tell my patients, it's not just about the number on the scale, it's about body composition. Preserving muscle mass is critical for long-term health, metabolic rate, and overall...

    Reta's Got Me Feeling...Different

To Bio_Squad905: 0.5mcg every 3 days is more than 1mg weekly. I recommend injecting it at least twice a week or more, and upping the dose til you feel the food noise/appetite suppression return!

    Reta's Got Me Feeling...Different

Oh, definitely important if you're into a sport like tennis. I have daughters involved in sports and they're just now at the age where we need to discuss how eating affects performance. Trying to broach the body composition conversation without promoting disordered eating is a challenge. Have...

    Reta's Got Me Feeling...Different

Great to see more people using GLP's for more than just weight management. That reward mechanism shift is pretty impressive. I used to be indifferent to sweets and junk food, but now I get a wave of nausea just thinking about eating sugary or fatty things like pastries. I noticed it also killed...

    Subcutaneous Glycine?

As a compounding RN, I can tell you that not all compounding pharmacies follow best practices for sterility. It is EXTREMELY important to verify that the pharmacy you are using has up-to-date certifications and follows USP guidelines. Also, as others have stated, injecting non-sterile products...

    GLP-1 meds - Help a newbie out?

If you're doing shots, make sure you rotate sites and use a good technique. I actually had an injured shoulder and used BPC-157 as part of my recovery. It’s debatable whether injecting close to the injury helps, but it definitely didn’t hurt.
