    Same pants, 9 months later!

I started around 240, and now I'm hovering around 180. Still got a ways to go, but feeling so much better already!

    Same pants, 9 months later!

I'm curious, why do you only weigh yourself once a month? Is it to stay more motivated, seeing bigger changes than you would weekly? Or is there another reason? Congrats again! 60 pounds is an amazing achievement. You look like you're standing taller with confidence!

Mounjaro miracle: weight loss AND a baby!

I didn't even realize I was pregnant. I just kept taking it until week 5. Then I stopped when I got my positive test. I'm nervous about any possible risks, but my doctor says everything looks great so far!

Mounjaro miracle: weight loss AND a baby!

I saw this info on another thread and thought it was relevant to share: Make sure to sign up with the pharma company's pregnancy tracking system to improve data collection on pregnancy outcomes from this medication! If that's something you're interested in it could help a lot.

    Weight training for complete noobs?

Start with resistance bands! Weights can be risky if you're just beginning. Stretch those bands with your arms and legs. Do enough reps until you feel a bit of a burn.

    Tirz dosage help?

I thought you stored it at room temp, like 60-80. We did that at the hospital, out of the light but not cold. The one-month limit is if you're using it a lot, so the alcohol doesn't evaporate. I use them for 2-3 months, some people even longer. I write the date I open it on the bottle.

Cried in a store today... Happy tears!

What a story! At my lowest point, I met a guy who I would pass at the gym. He asked my name. I told him folks call me Big John. He said "Big John? But you ain't big at all!" That year, I had lost over 100 lbs. I was so proud!
