    7 months on GLP-1, progress!

55 lbs at 7 months is a strong run - progress photos are the right morale tool when the scale stalls. The 14kg rate suggests 10mg is where the suppression starts working for you.

    Ozempic: Not a Magic Bullet?

The medication reduces the appetite signal that made self-control a losing battle - the effort still applies with a lower biological baseline.

Weight loss without exercise on GLP-1's?

The low yield in 3 months usually traces to evening eating offsetting the suppression - the night snacking is the variable, not the exercise absence.

    Compounding Wars? Prices droppin'?

Shipping adds up though, so factor that into whether a vendor's actually cheaper. And honestly, with all the quality issues I'm hearing about lately with some places, I'm hesitant to jump ship. Just wondering if the price bump was because they had logistics trouble a while back or if it's the...

Long term GLP-1 use: what to expect

Really interested in your journey. Age, height, weight all similar to mine and so's my loss goal. Haven't started yet but pushing hard with my coach since insurance won't cover it if my doctor prescribes. Rooting for you!

Real food on 1.7mg - what do YOU eat?

that post wasn't saying everyone needs 3 meals. it was just pointing out that not eating enough stalls weight loss and causes other health stuff. i never said 3 meals was the only way.

SLU-PP-332 - Anyone else scratching their head?

At 71 I'm seeing solid results with gh secretagogues. Sun-Thu mornings with one combo, Tues/Thurs/Sat with another. IGF-1 running about 2x age-normal now, might dial it back.

    Halfway to my goal!

start low and slow — don't rush it. bump up when you feel ready, not by the box directions. small steps like 0.25mg each time so you know what's happening at each dose. body needs to adapt, and yeah the med does sit in your stomach longer but you'll catch the patterns quick once you're tuned in.

I haven't had too many side effects. Some constipation at first, but that seems to have gone away. Make sure to stay hydrated!

    Halfway to my goal!

Oops, forgot the image in the last one. Doing a repost. Officially over halfway there! I'm 6'0". Started in October '25 at 230 lbs. Today I'm at 199 lbs. I only did the .25 mg dose for a month, then went to .5 mg and have been on that since November. My goal is 176! Hit a small plateau in...

    Peptides for RA Relief?

I've been reading about Melanotan 2 (MT2) and PT-141 (Bremelanotide). PT-141 was actually developed from MT2! I'm mainly interested in the libido benefits of PT-141. Has anyone here tried it for that purpose?

    Thanks! That's great info.

    Peptides for RA Relief?

I've been looking for info on those too. I think a reason they aren't more popular is the cost. Many of the protocols call for so many vials over a few weeks, it's financially out of reach. I only tried a couple vials of SS31, but I am wary of buying it without COAs. I couldn't afford the whole...

    Peps for the ladies?

If her thyroid numbers are high, be careful with GLP-1s. They have a black box warning/PI regarding medullary thyroid cancer.

    Time to bump the dose?

Hey BlairPlus - If you're feeling good and just a little impatient, maybe hold off a bit? I saw this doctor online say to go low and slow with dosing. It might be worth looking into! Check out this video: https://youtu.be/j3k3UAEqJio
