could be age-related and not diet at all. have you tried minoxidil? hair loss is a known side effect of fast weight loss though. results probably aren't permanent unless you're already predisposed to balding. lots of women swear by biotin and prenatal vitamins for regrowth.

I try to cap it at 3 pins on my busiest days. My main med, maybe a small-dose secondary, and either one thing or another. If I'm doing more than 3, I gotta ask myself: is this hobby or health? What else could I be doing with my time?

I wouldn't bother with it... I remember hearing that you don't have to baby them as much as some people say (like people telling you to only gently roll the vial)... but I've seen those mixers. That might be overkill lol.
