Thanks everyone! I appreciate the kind words. For those asking about workouts, I try to do some 15-minute dumbbell exercises most days. Found some free videos online, nothing fancy. Just trying to keep moving.
Awesome! I'll look into that, I also got some dumbbells recently off of Amazon. Thanks!

Planned to taper off tirz once I hit goal. Quit nicotine easy in the last weeks after trying countless times before—this med made that happen. Emotional bluntness is slight but easy trade-off. So many parts of my life improved at once that I'm thinking about microdosing instead of stopping. Weird and unexpected stuff happening.

The daily weigh and trend-tracking with a hard ceiling rather than a target number is the right approach when medical context is in the picture. CHF means the scale tells a different story than body composition and the 5-unit ceiling is a clinical number, not a progress marker. The OP's 'changes without the scale moving' experience is actually the version CHF patients often see first - different tracking approach makes sense.

15-minute dumbbell sessions 3 or 4 times a week is honestly enough to protect lean mass during a deficit - consistency matters more than duration. Thanks for answering that, it's helpful to know the workout piece doesn't have to be intense to work alongside the medication.

The DEXA revealing 4 lbs of fat lost while gaining muscle during a scale stall is the perfect example of why the number alone doesn't tell the story. The face and clothes signaling change while the scale holds is the thing people miss. DEXA as the actual checkpoint is worth the investment when you suspect this is happening.
