Day 5 and the monster is back

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Chia pudding saved me. Since someone mentioned it I'm regular every day. Mix chia seeds with milk and protein powder, let it sit in the fridge overnight, top with berries. Tastes like dessert but works great.

The autophagy and cellular feeding mechanism is distinct from the appetite suppression pathway - they run in parallel but the cellular benefit continues even when the hunger signal adapts.

Hunger returning around day 4-6 is typical at starting doses - the suppression settles in more consistently once the dose builds up over the first month.

First injection dizziness and nausea lasting a few seconds and then fading is the standard response that doesn't predict how things will go long-term. The OP's day 5 hunger coming back is early - the medication needs more time to accumulate. Day 5 is still well before steady state on weekly dosing. What dose did you start at?

Feeling it within hours on day 1 and then waking up burping a heavy meal from the night before is the gastric emptying slowing down earlier than expected. The OP's hunger returning on day 5 is interesting - for most people the acute appetite effects are strongest right after the injection and moderate over the cycle. Is day 5 coinciding with a heavier meal or something else that might be timing-related?

Three days in with mild nausea and head spinning that you think is psychosomatic is the most common first week experience. The OP at day 5 feeling the monster coming back is right in the first-week adjustment window. The nervousness about starting tends to amplify the physical sensations - how has it felt by now compared to that first couple of days?

Same here, that first shot was brutal, migraine, nausea, body aches, the whole package, but it did improve. Just did my fourth round at 5mg today and everything's been smooth.

Did the exact same thing before a trip to the coast recently. Skipped my dose, ate reasonably clean but still enjoyed a few dinners out. Nothing dramatic happened, just noticed hunger creeping up by day five.

First dose left me starving the very next day, almost like my body sensed food noise was about to shut off and overcorrected in response, but things settled into working properly within a few more days.

Mine kicked in the day after my shot, took it right before bed the night before. Appetite suppression was intense. Had some nausea and loose stools around day three or four. Expect hunger to creep back up a bit by the end of the week.

Hey. First dose happened last Sunday, sometime mid-day. Had something small for breakfast and lunch, plus plenty of water, which is fairly normal here anyway.

Nothing particular changed about eating or drinking heading into that first dose.

That first night passed without any side effects.

The following night brought real chills along with very mild nausea and a headache. Nausea faded fast though. Woke up the next day feeling completely renewed.

A few days into eating cleaner and staying even more hydrated, not sure if it's placebo this early, but genuinely feeling great!

A bit backed up currently, but fiber drinks are on the way to help. Planning to add more fiber to the diet generally to manage that.

Going okay overall. A bit of nausea the day following my injection, plus a rough headache, but holding steady. Trying to get more protein in consistently. Leaned on a stool softener that first week, feeling better now that my fiber intake's improved. Evening sweet cravings have quieted down, and I'm noticing that I stop and set the fork down before the plate's actually empty now, instead of clearing it purely out of habit. Thanks for checking in, this is honestly the most hopeful I've felt in ages.
