Down 20, feeling great!

21 pounds toward 120 is solid progress. At that height the final stretch tends to move slower - body composition becomes more relevant than the raw number. Protein and resistance training are the main levers when the scale starts to flatten.
 
162 to 141 with 20 more to goal is the first chapter closing - the clothing changes tend to outpace the scale in what they actually show.
 
20 lbs down at 5'1 is visible. The before/after posts are the ones that actually help people who are still at the starting line.
