Really interesting thread and replies. Eight months into semaglutide myself. Dropped 75 pounds, 25 left to target. On the alcohol front, never drank much before so nothing's really missing there. If I want a drink, I just pour a small amount and don't overanalyze it. Food-wise, eating takes a conscious mental note now, and getting excited about cooking takes effort, though I try to keep it interesting. Not sure if flavors just changed or if the food noise dropped that low. Got a handful of trigger foods, things I'll snack on regardless of hunger, so I just avoid buying those. I do let myself have treats occasionally, but I'm not fixated on them (aside from the trigger foods). I'll see them sitting in the pantry and just leave them be. Some lean tissue's slipping away along the way, and lifting weights is helping offset that along with using protein powder to hit my numbers. Get tired sometimes, so I'll take a short nap and it recharges me noticeably. Toughest hurdle by far is water intake. Never used to drink consistently before, now it's essential. Keep pushing myself to drink more but gosh! Constipation was rough initially, less so now, though smaller bathroom trips since solid food intake's dropped. Heartburn's become an issue too, b
