Go for it, starting Ozempic myself in two weeks once labs come back clear, so excited to get back into losing again, dropped 35lbs on a compounded generic version and now I finally qualify for the branded option. Walking, sleep, mental health, all of it's improved

Also in Canada, roughly matching your numbers. Kicked off ozempic in December and I'm down to 132lbs now, really pleased with how it's going.

Not yet, but planning to start. Ideally there's about 80 pounds total to lose, but honestly would be thrilled just getting back to losing another 25, roughly where things stood before the regain started on this medication.

Completely agree, slower is preferable, but not quite this slow. That said, genuinely happy about making better food choices these days and feeling normal around food again. That's definitely a real win.
