Dropped 53 pounds total. That photo in the purple shirt came from last year's softball season wrap-up, team photo request, and it happened right after a fracture in my arm during the previous game, ending up as pretty much the sole snapshot I had of myself from that stretch when the pounds were creeping on. Didn't even own a full-length mirror at home. Genuinely caught me off guard, hadn't fully registered how much I'd gained. Weighed about 195 in that first shot, 5'7" tall. Kept climbing until hitting 207 this January. Lost 12 pounds solo before starting tirz right around Valentine's Day. Half a year later, running that same split tirz schedule (currently 7.5mg every five days), and 53 pounds are gone! Grabbed this year's end-of-season photo too (again, pretty much the only shot of my body I actually own) and the difference genuinely struck me. Probably still landing in overweight territory on the BMI chart, though that number's never fit me well. Would love to trim another ten or so pounds and firm up, but overall I'm blown away by what tirz has done. Total opposite feeling compared to how I felt looking at last year's shot. Hating your own reflection in a photograph is such a rotten feeling. Don't feel that way anymore.
Sorry for the strange crop, wasn't planning to share the entire squad, ha.
