Down 70lbs... Maintenance tips?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
I'm thrilled for you! I'm about to begin my journey. I've been overweight my whole life and I’m curious what it feels like to be thinner. Do people treat you differently? How has your relationship with food and your self-image changed?

Are you still taking the medication? If yes, what's your dosage? I'm about to start soon and I'm curious about the maintenance phase. Thanks!

I've lost around 70lbs and feel terrific! Officially in maintenance mode.
That's so inspiring! I'm just starting out, any words of wisdom?

Is it possible to discontinue it completely at some point? You look amazing!
I'm curious about this too. I'm wondering if the diabetes will be easier to manage long term, or is this a forever medication?

Seems like 7.5 is a common stall point. I've been here 8 weeks, last three with zero loss, and honestly I'm dealing with real hunger pains now instead of suppressed appetite. Three more weeks at 7.5 then bumping to 10mg. Lost 47 pounds since October 19—so close!

40 lbs and maintaining at 130 with the dial-in approach is exactly the story the OP is hoping to write. How's the appetite side at the maintenance dose - is the suppression still there at a lower level or does it feel more intermittent? That tends to determine whether you hold the dose, drop it slightly, or add something to cover the gaps.
