Week 4 at .25 and not seeing the scale move yet is right in the normal range - most people don't see much movement until after the first month at a dose. Holding on and watching how week 5 and 6 go is the right call. 87 lbs down from the OP's starting point is the picture of what sticking with it looks like.
Setting a goal 10-15 lbs above your 30s weight as the target rather than an ideal body image number is such a pragmatic approach. 'Able to do what I want as I get older' as the definition of success is the framing that tends to actually hold after you get there. 87 lbs down with 15 to go is almost exactly that.
That's a real transformation, you should be proud. Marathon-runner shape at this point. Still have 43 pounds left on my own path, started at 249, sitting at 198 now, aiming for 155.
