Finally gym confident, thanks to meds!

Same situation with my shoulder - imaging shows one thing, symptoms another. Keeping up light cardio while waiting for surgery. Tirzepatide doing its job on maintenance too. Fingers crossed yours goes well!

I'm 60 from New Jersey, been on tirzepatide for 2 months. Walk 7k most days, going slow but steady. Do you have concerns about India-sourced meds? I have some from there that seem legit.

woman in her 50s here. weight loss is going great! walking's the best move — no one ever regrets a walk. gets your whole body moving, heart pumping, fresh air. if gym doesn't appeal just walk with purpose, like errands. 15 min turns into 30 into an hour

I'm not an early bird at all, those people freak me out. But fasted exercise is legit depending on your goals. Mots-C mimics what you get from cardio. From what I've read, it feels kind of like how clen users describe it but way milder.

I'm taking one thing as a base but still adding extra of something else earlier in the day for my elbow - tennis, golfer's, whatever it is. Yeah the base supposedly doesn't let you adjust dose but if you use it as foundation and layer stuff on top you kind of can.

New to this med and I'm in week 2 on Wellbutrin too so the anxiety is weird. Both times I injected my nervous system just went haywire for a bit. I wasn't scared of the needle or anything but my body just freaked out until I went to the gym. Already blown away by how this is working though.

11 weeks and the results have been unreal. 22.4kg down so far with ups and downs, but trending the right way. About 1800 calories a day plus evening gym sessions. Killing the food noise has been everything.
